Lucy & Ross – The Belsfield Laura Ashley Hotel

What can I say about this day and where do I start?! I knew it was going to be pretty special from when I met Lucy & Ross for their engagement shoot a few months before. They were such a beautiful pair that were the best of friends, and they really did make my job easy!!

They picked the venue of the Belsfield Hotel in Bowness – on – Windermere for their reception after having the ceremony at a beautiful little church close to Lucy’s family home. The styling of the reception was absolutely stunning ( all of the suppliers are listed below), the flowers being a magnificent centre piece on each table and the cake was probably one of the largest cakes I’ve seen to date!! Each little detail was thought of and really was a photographers dream!

From photographing the girls getting ready (there was a lot of them!), to documenting the ceremony, to couple shots, to speeches, to boat rides and the first dance, this pair were the most welcoming, fun & loving team.

I really think you will love looking through this wedding as much as I loved photographing it!
